SHIPPING 

If you place an order on our website before 12pm (GMT) Monday - Friday, we will endeavor to dispatch your goods the same working day. Any orders placed after this deadline, including orders placed at weekends/bank holidays, will be sent out the following working day. 

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an 'Order Dispatched' email to say that it is on its way. If you ordered with next day delivery or international delivery you will also receive confirmation of your Royal Mail/DHL Tracking Reference Number. 

Please note, parcels cannot be delivered to P.O Boxes or left in a nominated safe place as a signature is required upon delivery. In the event that there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail/DHL will leave a card notifying you that they have taken the parcel back to your local depot.

*Please note that external factors may occasionally cause delays - Longer delivery times should be expected during understandably busy periods, such as Christmas.*

  We have now upgraded our international courier to offer faster, more trackable delivery at a cheaper price.

Europe Signed delivery - £7.99 (delivery within 1-3 working days) A signature will be required on delivery.

For America - £7.99 (delivery within 1-3 working days) A signature will be required on delivery.

- Rest of the World Signed delivery - £9.99 (delivery within 2-7 working days) A signature will be required on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & TAXES

We can ship to virtually any address in the World - Parcels are shipped via DHL 

Any Customs or import duties will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination Country. These charges (if any) must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from Country to Country; if you have any concerns at all, then you should contact your local Customs office. In the event that you wish to return your item Sugarhill Boutique is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.

RETURNS

RETURNS FOR REFUND

In the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the items to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch (with exception made for customers outside of the UK), in its original, saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
 
To return an item to us simply fill out the returns form on the back of your invoice or print a new one from your Sugarhill Boutique account online, simply log in and scroll down to the 'returns form' button at the bottom of the page under your 'recent orders' - Click on the 'returns form' button to print. When making a return please include your order number on your returns form (printed on the reverse of your invoice or indicated on your online account) when returning your order.

*Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags and labels attached*

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
 
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

Should you want to exchange an item please check the stock of your required item prior to sending items back.
To ensure the item is available contact us at hello@sugarhillboutique.com ; if stocks are low we will then reserve the item for you. If any item required for an exchanges is not available we will issue a refund in it's place.
 
 
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
 
Due to the longer delivery time in returning International orders we do allow additional time for international refunds/exchanges.
Overseas customers are advised to email us before they return any items, informing us of the reasons for return so that this can be logged.
 
 
POSTING INFORMATION
 
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via recorded delivery. Recorded delivery will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund/exchange.

If you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
Such items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges.
If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice.
Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery, all refunds will be processed within 7 days of our receipt.

FAULTY ITEMS

If the item you received is faulty, please contact our customer care department via phone  (01273 911814) -  or email hello@sugarhillboutique.com
Please have your order number ready. We will also need your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

 

DISCOUNT CODES / VOUCHERS

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
 
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
