*How do I get 10% off my first order?
*What happens if I forget to use my discount code?
If you forgot to use your discount code and have already checked out there is nothing we can do unfortunately. However please bear in mind many codes will last for a certain time period so you're welcome to use them on your next order! The 10% welcome code works on sale items and is valid until you've used it once so it's a great one to keep handy if you forget the first time!
*How long will my item take to arrive?
PLEASE NOTE ITEMS ORDERED 23RD - 27TH DECEMBER WILL BE DESPATCHED FROM THE 27TH OF DECEMBER
It depends what method of delivery you selected and where you're located but generally speaking:
UK - Special delivery Next Day : By 1pm next working day (If ordered before 12pm Monday - Thursday)
UK - Standard FREE delivery - 1st Class Tracked : 2 - 3 working days
Europe - International Signed For : 3 - 7 working days
Rest of the world - International Signed For : 7 - 10 working days
*What if my parcel is lost? Will I get reimbursed?
If you have not received your order after 7 working days (or 15 for international orders) we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers to confirm that you have not received your parcel. We will place a replacement on hold for you until we have confirmed the situation.
Once we can confirm the item is lost, we can either refund you or re-dispatch your order (stock willing).
*Do you have any high street stores?
We have our own Sugarhill Boutique Outlet Store in Sydney Street, Brighton, UK which sells past season and sample items at discounted prices. We are also stocked in hundreds of lovely independent boutiques online, you can find them all on our stockists list
