Returns Policy

UK FREE Returns for refund
In the unlikely event that you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the items to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch. All items must be in their original, saleable condition, with all labels and tags attached.

We now offer FREE RETURNS to all UK customers.
To return an item to us simply fill out the returns form enclosed with your item/s. If you have mislaid your invoice form please email hello@sugarhillboutique.com to request a blank returns form via email.
You can return your order for FREE via the Post Office using the sticker provided on your returns form. Enclose the form with your order and place the prepaid sticker on the outside of the parcel.

The sticker will need to be scanned at the Post Office in order to obtain a proof of postage. Please ensure you obtain a receipt.

*Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags and labels attached*
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing transferrable makeup, perfume or deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.

We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed or the item is soiled.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that are not fully fit for re-sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

UK FREE Returns for exchange
Should you need an exchange please follow the steps for a return above but clearly mark 'exchange' on your returns form with details of the item you would like instead.

We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size/colour
Should you want to exchange an item please check the stock of your required item prior to sending items back. To ensure the item is available contact us at hello@sugarhillboutique.com; if stocks are low we will then reserve the item for you. PLEASE NOTE : SALE ITEMS CAN NOT BE RESERVED. If any item required for an exchanges is not available we will issue a refund in its place.

International Returns
Due to the longer transit time incurred when returning International orders we do allow additional time for international refunds/exchanges. Overseas customers are advised to email us before they return any items, informing us of the reasons for return so that this can be logged.

We no longer offer international exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour please return your original order for a refund and make a new order.

International Returns Shipping Information
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If you wish to return your item we advise you do so via tracked delivery. Tracked delivery will ensure that your order reaches us safely and if it does get lost it can be traced and we can process your refund.

If you do choose to use an untracked service your order cannot be tracked, we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim for a refund.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy. Such items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.

All parcels can take up to 10 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery, all refunds will be processed within 48hrs of receipt. Returns are processed during working days only.

Faulty items
If the item you receive is faulty, please contact our customer care department via phone (01273 911814) - or email hello@sugarhillboutique.com

Please have your order number ready. We will also need your name and address, details of the product and a description of the fault, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.  You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
